E6GOLF – Create a .DIP file

software protection dongle (commonly known as a dongle or key) is an electronic copy protection and content protection device which, when attached to a computer, unlocks software functionality or decodes content.

GENERATE A DONGLE PACKET

Step 1– LAUNCH PRODUCT AUTHORIZER

WINDOWS 10 – Click START MENU >  TRUGOLF > PRODUCT AUTHORIZER. User Account Control > Click YES
WINDOWS 8 – Locate and launch the PRODUCT AUTHORIZER on the START SCREEN.
WINDOWS 7
 – Click START MENU > ALL PROGRAMS > TRUGOLF > PRODUCT AUTHORIZER. User Account Control > Click YES

Step 2– Product Authorizer (BETA) – Click on GENERATE DONGLE PACKET

Step 3– Save Dongle Information Packet – Save (.dip) file to the DESKTOP by Selecting “Desktop” on the left and then clicking SAVE.

Note: If you do not have an internet connection, use a USB flash drive to transfer the (.dip) file to a computer that has an internet connection.

APPLY THE DONGLE UPDATE

If you have done so already, save the (.paf) file you received from Customer Support to your computers DESKTOP.

Step 1– LAUNCH PRODUCT AUTHORIZER

WINDOWS 10 – Click START MENU >  TRUGOLF > PRODUCT AUTHORIZER. User Account Control > Click YES
WINDOWS 8 – Locate and launch the PRODUCT AUTHORIZER on the START SCREEN.
WINDOWS 7
 – Click START MENU > ALL PROGRAMS > TRUGOLF > PRODUCT AUTHORIZER. User Account Control > Click YES

Step 2– Apply Update – Click on the APPLY UPDATE button.

Step 3– Apply Product Authorization File – Locate the (.paf) file you saved on your DESKTOP. Click OPEN.

Step 4– Update applied Successfully – Click OK.
