4.Bag Mapping #

  1. Use the BAG MAPPING game mode to identify your dispersion patterns and average club distances for every club in your bag. Once a BAG MAPPING SESSION is completed, you’ll have the confidence to know what club to hit in every situation, helping you play better, smarter golf.

To complete a BAG MAPPING session, players must hit 3-10 shots with a minimum of 3 different clubs.

From the BAG MAPPING menu page, players can start a new BAG MAPPING session, edit their BAG, and view and select data from a list of past BAG MAPPING sessions. Data from past BAG MAPPING sessions can also be viewed from inside the BAG MAPPING RESULTS menu by selecting from the “Past Sessions” list.

  2. While inside of a BAG MAPPING session, select the BAG MAPPING icon on the top bar of the in-game HUD to view the BAG MAPPING RESULTS menu.

The BAG MAPPING RESULTS menu displays DISPERSION GROUPS, GAPPING CHARTS, and a SHOT ACCURACY overview. These data visualization tools can display plotted data for an individual club type or combined data sets of multiple club types. To choose which data sets you want displayed, select or deselect club types from those included in the “Shot Group Averages” list.

NOTE: Only clubs that have been hit in-game will be represented in the club types listed under “Shot Group Averages” in the BAG MAPPING RESULTS menu.

Users can also choose to only display data from an individual shot instead of all data from a single club type or group of club types. To do this, select a shot from the “Individual Shots” list in the BAG MAPPING RESULTS menu.

While in the BAG MAPPING RESULTS menu, users can add comments and annotations in the SESSION NOTES field.

Golf is a game of misses. Understand how to limit the penalty of your misses with DISPERSION GROUPS. Each selected club in a BAG MAPPING session creates active DISPERSION GROUPS that appear on the Top-View Map (during play in the BAG MAPPING game mode), and update in real time as you hit more shots. These DISPERSION GROUPS can also be viewed in the BAG MAPPING RESULTS menu. Understanding your unique dispersion patterns arms you with the information you need to play a strategic game on the course.

Start shooting better scores by knowing your true carry numbers. GAPPING CHARTS provide a multi-club overview of yardage averages that helps you to easily identify distance gaps in your game. GAPPING CHARTS help you make the best decision with the best available data for any situation. The GAPPING CHARTS data visualization tool can be viewed in the BAG MAPPING RESULTS menu.

Practice smarter with SHOT ACCURACY. Track your consistency, know your miss, and pin-point the strengths and weaknesses of your game. The SHOT ACCURACY data visualization tool can be viewed in the BAG MAPPING RESULTS menu.
